How does the delivery process work?
- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
- International Shipping – Clients will have to pay import duties levied by the recipient government. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product. BeAbhika is not liable to pay any additional duty charged on delivery
What is the range of locations to which BeAbhika ships their products?
We ship throughout India and around the world. Shipping charges to each country are subject to change and are mentioned at the check out.
Please note that we do not ship fine jewelry abroad.
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
- You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?
All non personalized/custom orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Personalised orders/Customised orders will take 3-15 days for manufacturing and dispatch.
Fine Jewelry products will take 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and then will be dispatched.
While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, some orders might get delayed. However, in case of international orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.
Please note that we have the right to cancel any order on cash on delivery. You will be intimated via email, if your cash of delivery order is cancelled.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
- We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
- India Cash of delivery shipping charges - A flat Rs.70 charge is applied to all orders, all standard prepaid orders are shipped free but charges are subject to change
- Express shipping is only applicable to pre paid orders and additional charges would be shown at the checkout
- International shipping charges- Rates for respective countries are mentioned at the checkout
The following return policy is for products ordered online at beabhika.com for customers shopping from within India. We do not accept returns or exchange requests for items exported outside India.
We at BeAbhika aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and we understand the complexities in buying jewelry online. Hence we provide a convenient return policy.
- An order once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be allowed after 24 hours.
- In an unlikely event of receiving a product which is different from what you have ordered/ not in good condition/ not as per your expectations, you may return the product unused, in original packaging with tags intact and plastic cover for a refund/exchange
- You can email us on email@example.com and request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery to your shipping address. We will arrange a pick up for you through our logistic partner from the original delivery address only. No request for returns will be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Please note all products must be returned in the original state as shipped and unused. We shall be unable to accept returns of any altered or used products. If the tags from the product have been removed, we shall be unable to accept returns
- While accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you may choose not to accept the package, and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91-9999803426 (11:00 am to 6:00 pm India Time - GMT + 05.30 hrs), mentioning your order number.
- In case you return any item which was delivered to you in a damaged packaging then you are requested to inform us at the time of delivery, there will be no additional shipping charges. In all other cases, a two-way shipping charge is deducted from the refundable amount. Bank payment charges & shipping costs, if applicable, may also be deducted from the refundable amount
- All goods are not subject for a full refund. An exchange or credit note will be provided accordingly. This is subject to your returns being inspected by our Quality Check team upon receiving the product.
- After the merchandise is received at our warehouse, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of products, we shall process a refund/exchange within 21 working days of receipt of the product/s.
- Payment will be refunded to the customer through the same payment mode through which the payment was made. For e.g.: if customer has ordered through credit card, the cancellation amount will be credited back to the same account. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. For Cash on delivery order, the customer will have to share their bank details for refund to be processed.
- Return of gift cards is not allowed
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately any items on special promotions will not be refunded.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department etc.
- We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. In case of any full or partial cancellation or rejection of order by us, the full or partial payment, as the case may be, will be refunded to the customer through the same mode as the original payment was made by the customer
- Jewellery being precious in nature can only be returned through our authorized logistics partners. We require the original certificates (if any), packaging material & any other material sent with the product.
- We do not accept return of kaleere, customized products, customized jewelry orders, products with personal engravings or products with any alteration requested or done by the customer.
Custom orders and Sale Items cannot be returned/exchanged.
Unless otherwise mentioned, unworn line item jewelry and ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
A 20% restocking fees will be applicable on all cancellations/returns/exchanges. Shipping and taxes (if any) will not be refunded.
